1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TSmart Warehouse services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TSmart Warehouse provides the following services:

• Pallet Storage: Short and long-term storage at $17.50 per pallet per month
• Pallet Handling: $5.00 per pallet for both inbound and outbound
• Area Rental: $12.00 per square foot per year (minimum 40,000 sq ft, Level 3 only)
• Value-Added Services: Including pick-and-pack, labeling, and inventory management

3. Storage Terms

3.1 Pallet Storage

Customers agree to store only legal goods that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited items include hazardous materials, perishables without proper cold storage arrangement, and illegal substances.

3.2 Area Rental

Area rentals are available exclusively on Level 3 of our facility with a minimum commitment of 40,000 square feet. Lease terms are typically annual with renewal options.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

5. Liability and Insurance

TSmart Warehouse maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Customer goods are covered up to $10,000 per occurrence unless additional coverage is arranged. Customers are encouraged to maintain their own insurance for full replacement value.

6. Claims Process

Claims for damage or loss must be filed within 7 days of discovery. All claims require documentation including photographs, inventory records, and value assessments.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. All outstanding fees must be settled before goods can be released.
